# The Rails Moment Arrived. Execution Is the Last Mile.

*This June, Google, Vercel, and Cloudflare finished the rails for AI agents. None of them checked whether the agent actually arrives — the last mile between a booking page and a booking.*

In one week this June, three of the largest cloud platforms on earth quietly agreed on something: AI agents are no longer experimental. [Google](https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/interactions/interactions-overview) made its agent-native interface the default way to talk to Gemini. [Vercel](https://vercel.com/blog/agent-stack) shipped a full production stack for agents. [Cloudflare](https://blog.cloudflare.com/temporary-accounts/) made deploying one effectively effortless. The infrastructure for autonomous software to act — to browse, decide, and transact on a person's behalf — is now mainstream.

Here's what none of those announcements covered: whether the agent actually *arrives*.

Being routed to a booking page is not the same as completing a booking. An agent can authenticate, hold a valid payment credential, and know exactly what the user wants — and still stall on a date-picker that expects a human's mouse, a validation step that never fires, a confirmation that never comes. **The rails end at your front door.** What happens inside your booking flow is a black box.

That black box is about to matter more, not less. The [EU AI Act's transparency obligations](https://artificialintelligenceact.eu/article/50/) take effect August 2nd. Every business with an AI-assisted booking or checkout surface will be both *more exposed to agents and more accountable for them* — at exactly the moment the infrastructure makes those agents ubiquitous.

Readiness for this isn't a badge you award yourself. It's something you can prove. We drive real agents through real booking flows, record what happens, and seal the result.
